Evidently, at every polling place in Iran, there were fourteen observers, including a certain number of representatives of the candidacies. Absolutely the Iranians have a right to a fair election.
One of the requirements for having a fair election is to have an indigenous process for defining the rules and procedures of the election, carrying out the election, and working out any allegations of problems.
